  • Their single-seater car ranked among the 10 fastest in the world, out of 664 races.
  • The team was recognized among the top 3 globally in Digital Media, with the distinction awarded by the renowned organization Motorsport.tv.

The team consisted of Mandoulides students Dimitrios Alexandris and Nikolaos Gantas, under the guidance of the High School Deputy Principal, Mr. Ioannis Ntaountakis. The collaboration also included students from Erasmeio Hellenic-German School and Educational Renaissance, showcasing how innovation thrives through synergy.

Daedalus Racing proved that Greek students can stand confidently and competitively among the best in the world, harnessing knowledge, creativity, and teamwork.

Mandoulides Schools continue their long-standing tradition of excellence in STEM, highlighted by their first-place global victory in 2016 at the World Final in Austin, Texas (USA); the highest achievement ever by a Greek team in the history of the competition.

Students like these inspire optimism and belief in a future filled with knowledge, creativity, and international success. Warm congratulations to all the members of Daedalus Racing!
