On Sunday, March 23, 2025, the Individual Student Chess Championship of Thessaloniki – Chalkidiki 2025 was held for Junior and Senior High Schools students.
The following students earned distinctions in the competition:
7th-grade Category:
3rd place in the overall ranking and bronze medal: K. Misios
3rd place among girls and bronze medal: N. Adamopoulou
8th-grade Category:
3rd place among girls and bronze medal: A. Nikaki
Additionally, A. Glinos delivered an impressive performance, securing 7th place in his category (11th grade).
The primary organizer of the Championship was the Chess Club Association of Thessaloniki – Chalkidiki (Xhttps://thesschess.gr/). The tournament took place at Vasileiadis Schools’ facilities in Thermi, Thessaloniki.
