On Friday, November 14, 2025, Mandoulides Schools participated in the international AMC 10 B and AMC 12 B competitions organized by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). 33 9th and 10th grade students took part in the AMC 10 B, while 5 11th grade students participated in the AMC 12 B. All students answered 25 multiplechoice questions within 75 minutes.
Students who distinguished themselves in the AMC 10 B competition:
- 1st Prize: V. Delis (Grade 10)
- 2nd Prize: N. Kampouras (Grade 9)
- 3rd Prize: E. Giovanopoulos (Grade 9)
Students who distinguished themselves in the AMC 12 B competition:
- 1st Prize: A. Golna (Grade 11)
- 2nd Prize: E. Vasileiou – Avgoustoglou (Grade 11)
- 3rd Prize: D. Alexandris (Grade 11)
It is worth mentioning that the students V. Delis (Grade 10) and N. Kampouras (Grade 9) ranked among the top 25% of participants in the competition.
