Within the framework of the European Languages Day, a celebration of multilingualism and multiculturalism entitled “Multilingualism is Delicious!” was held at the Junior High School, with food, flags, toys, colors and songs from various European countries. Students had the opportunity to try Greek peinirli, English apple pie, French croissants, German hotdogs and pretzels, or Italian pizza, listen to songs from various countries, and present their work related to multiculturalism. They created their own poster on multilingualism, adding their own their favorite word in the language of their choice in the “Tree of Words,” and engaging in a knowledge quiz on the languages of the world.
