Amid the colorful setting of the Book Fair, the first- and second-grade students embarked on a journey into the magical world of stories, where words find their voice and emotions discover ways to be expressed.
Their experience became even more special as they met the author M. Sfakianopoulou, the creator of the book Master of Apology, which they had been exploring as part of the “BOOK GROUPS” program.
In a warm and imaginative meeting, the children were not just readers. Through the author’s interactive storytelling, they became companions in the journey of the story. They spoke, asked questions, dreamed, and shared thoughts about the power of saying “I’m sorry,” the value of understanding, and the importance of opening our hearts to others.
It was a moment when the book ceased to be just pages and words, and instead became an experience, a feeling—a bridge connecting children and creator.
An experience full of light, one that will remain engraved in everyone’s memory.
