On Monday, 1 April, an induction meeting entitled “From Kindergarten to Elementary School without stress and questions” took place at Mandoulides Schools Cultural and Sports Center. At the meeting, Kindergarten parents had the opportunity to be informed by their teachers about their children’s progress.
Mrs. Maria Papadopoulou, Vice Principal of Elementary School and 1st Grade Coordinator, spoke about the curriculum of the 1st Grade, presenting the innovative programs, the teaching methods, the approach of the students and the main outlines of the curriculum. Regarding the smooth transition of children from Kindergarten to Elementary School, Alexandros Koptsis, Regional Director of Primary and Secondary Education of Central Macedonia and Mrs. Myrto Marinou, Psychiatrist – Psychotherapist, spoke on “From Kindergarten to Elementary School” and “First Day at School” respectively, giving parents useful tips to help their children in their smooth transition from Kindergarten to the “Big School”.
Finally, Mrs. Aspa Hassioti, Mandoulides Schools General Director, shared with parents concerns about the future of education and presented the distinctions of our school.
