Eleven 9th Grade students took part in the International Science and History Project held by the Koç School History & Physics Department with the participation of Ibn Mucana (Portugal) and Mandoulides Schools.
The conference was held from Thursday, 18 April to Saturday, 20 April at the Koç School premises in Istanbul. The students presented their projects that focused on important scientific discoveries and how they caused social changes and development.
As part of the educational trip to Istanbul, the students visited Hagia Sophia and its Museum, the Blue Mosque and toured the historic centre of Istanbul. They also participated in events held as part of the 8th International Student Conference on Yannis Ritsos.
