Our commitment to developing learning spaces across our campus
At Mandoulides Schools, we believe that a modern school must continuously evolve. We consistently invest in infrastructure, technology, safety, and innovative educational initiatives that meaningfully enhance the everyday experience of our students and educators. With the support of the international Dukes Education group, we have carried out significant upgrades to our facilities over the past few months, creating an environment that inspires learning, fosters creativity, and prepares children with confidence for the future.
The High School basketball & football field
The High School football and basketball fields have been fully renovated, now offering modern and safe sports facilities for everyday school life. The upgraded spaces support Physical Education classes, school team practices, and interschool competitions, encouraging participation, collaboration, and sportsmanship. At the same time, they create an environment that motivates students to stay active, push their limits, and enjoy the value of teamwork.
STEM Lab
The new STEM Lab was designed as a modern space for creativity, experimentation, and innovation, where students turn knowledge into practice.
Through hands-on, project-based activities, students engage with robotics, coding, and engineering concepts while developing essential skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration.
The space is actively used both within the curriculum and for extracurricular activities, including the Robotics Club and Preparation Courses, where students work together to design, build, and program their own projects.
Dukes Plus Future Ready Programme
We created a dedicated space for the Dukes Plus Future Ready Programme, an international initiative that helps students develop the skills, confidence, and strategic thinking required in today’s world. Through personalised guidance, university counselling, and interaction with leading universities and professionals from around the world, students gain valuable tools for their academic and professional journeys.
The programme supports all students, not only those pursuing studies abroad, by developing key competencies such as critical thinking, communication, and leadership.
Students also benefit from the Dukes Plus Online Careers Institute and Dukes Career School workshops, gaining exposure to leading universities, industry experts, and real-world career experiences.
As part of our ongoing commitment to student development, we have also created a dedicated, modern space to support the delivery of the programme and personalised counselling sessions.
New air conditioning system
A new energy-efficient air conditioning system was installed at the Cultural & Sports Centre, significantly enhancing the comfort and functionality of the facilities throughout the year. This upgrade ensures improved conditions for sports activities, cultural events, and school gatherings, offering a more enjoyable experience for students, educators, and visitors alike.
Defibrillator
The installation of an additional defibrillator at the Primary School facilities further strengthens the school community’s level of safety and preparedness. Investing in prevention and immediate response to emergencies remains a key priority for Mandoulides Schools. In parallel, a training defibrillator was donated to Kids Save Lives, supporting its important mission of educating and raising awareness around first aid and life-saving skills.
Mini Golf
The renovated mini golf area adds yet another creative activity to students’ daily lives, promoting the joy of play, social interaction, and meaningful use of free time. Through a fun and interactive experience, children develop concentration, coordination, and patience in an environment that combines entertainment with active participation.
