The promotion of a balanced diet is important for everyone, especially children, as this is the age when lifelong lifestyle habits are established.

With this in mind, Kindergarten students visited the Olympic Museum of Thessaloniki and participated in the Healthy Eating and Cooking Workshop.

As part of the “Playful Cooking” program, they learned about the benefits of proper nutrition for both health and mood, discovered how to choose a healthy breakfast for school, and,  through various educational games, learned to avoid unhealthy dietary traps. Later, in the museum’s kitchen, they met a specialized chef-educator, and, with his help, put the secrets of healthy eating into practice.
