Let’s Talk

Let’s Talk is a rhetoric event in English, non-competitive in nature, for 6th grade students. It started in 2013, initiated by the Mandoulides Schools, and has since been hosted alternately by the participating schools in the city. Students from public and private primary schools across Greece come together to share their opinions on topics that concern them, while also presenting literary excerpts of their choice in their own unique way. Participants have the opportunity to meet peers their age and engage with public speaking, while also practicing their English skills. This year, seventeen students took part in the tournament, which was hosted by the American Farm School.
