With sunny weather on their side, this year’s long-distance run took place for 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade students at the Physical Education & Sports Science Facilities in Thermi. The event aimed to help children appreciate the value of exercise, fair play, and sportsmanship, as well as to recognize the importance of effort and participation.
Under the guidance and encouragement of their Physical Education teachers, all students — both boys and girls from each 4th, 5th, and 6th–grade class— participated in the races.
The top three students from each grade who excelled will receive medals, to be awarded at the end of the school year.
