Medals in Balkan Mathematical Olympiads

Three students of Mandoulides Schools won medals in Balkan Mathematical Olympiads. More specifically, Panagiotis Liampas (11th grade student) won the silver medal in the 39th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad (BMO 2022), which was organized by the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe and was held in Agros, Cyprus, from May 4th-9th. The participants were students from 16 different countries (Rumania, Greece, Bulgaria, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Moldova, FYROM, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Azerbaijan, United Kingdom, Bosnia – Herzegovina, Cyprus, Northern Cyprus, Albania, Montenegro).

Μarios Zarogoulidis (9th grade student) won the bronze medal in the 25th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad of 2021, which was conducted online from June 29th to July 4th.

Ioannis Dimoulios, a Mandoulides Schools graduate of 2021 and student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, won the bronze medal in the 38th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad of 2021, which was organized by the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe and was conducted online from September 6th-10th.
