Toumanidis, a 9th-grade student at our school, achieved distinction in the 4th and final phase of the National Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition, which took place on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, in Volos.
As a result of his outstanding performance, he has earned a place on the Greek National Astronomy Team and will proudly represent Greece at the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics for Juniors (IOAA Jr), to be held in Romania, from October 18th to 25th, 2025.
