The Dance Group of the Mandoulides Schools Alumni Association participated in the 9th Traditional Dance Festival “Draviskiótika 2025,” organized by the Draviskos Cultural Association of Serres “Draviskos,” on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
The purpose of the Festival is to highlight local tradition and culture, which is why each dance group from Northern Greece represented, through dance, various regions of Greece. From Pontus, Asia Minor, Macedonia, and Eastern Rumelia to the Cyclades, the traditional element resonated at the packed Draviskos Primary School venue. Specifically, the Dance Group of the Alumni Association performed dances from the Greek islands.
The Mandoulides Schools Alumni Association supports such initiatives through its participation and warmly thanks the Draviskos Cultural Association and its President, Mr. Athanasakis Athanasios, for the invitation.
