On Friday, June 6, 2025, the robotics festival “Mandoulides FIRST® LEGO® League CHALLENGE – SUBMERGED℠” was held with great success in the indoor gymnasium of the Elementary School of E. Mandoulides School, in collaboration with the Educational Organization “Eduact –Action for Education”.
The school competition, which met all the standards of the official event, gave 17 teams of 5th-grade students the opportunity to design and program their own robots. The students worked collaboratively, explored technological solutions for ocean exploration, and highlighted the values of teamwork and innovation through the STREAM methodology (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics).
All the participants were awarded medals and certificates, while four teams stood out and received the competition prizes.
The event was honored by the presence of a four-member team from Eduact, as well as the Assistant Principal, Mrs. Maria Papadopoulou, and the Principal of the Elementary School, Mr. Georgios Chatzopoulos.
