Can learning and entertainment be combined? Can stand-up comedy and natural sciences coexist on stage? The answer was given through the interactive theatrical performance “Stand Up Chemistry”, which the 1st- 6th-grade students of E. Mandoulides Schools had the opportunity to watch.
Dr. Giannis Goules and Theatronios transformed Chemistry into a delightful journey filled with experiments, surprises, and laughter. The students actively participated, conducted experiments, learned about experimental methodology and laboratory instruments, and were challenged with unexpected question: what do chemistry experiments have in common with human relationships?
The performance, which includes experiential activities, theatrical storytelling, and chemistry experiments, is held under the auspices of the Union of Greek Chemists, the Union of Greek Physicists, and the Panhellenic Association for Individuals with ADHD.
A unique experience where science becomes art, and knowledge takes on an interactive and entertaining form!
