Students of the Environmental Group visited the company Intergeo in Thermi. The Intergeo Environmental Technology Ltd., is active in geo-environmental studies and projects, with a particular expertise in decontamination of polluted soils and groundwater, as well as the management of hazardous waste. The students attended a presentation on the functioning and utility of the company and then had the opportunity to tour its facilities, especially the modern laboratory chemistry and places where waste is temporarily stored.
