On Monday, September 9, 2024, the Schools welcomed and provided information to the 7th-grade students and their parents.
The purpose of the meeting was for the students to meet their schoolmates and teachers and learn about the Schools’ Operating Regulations, the curriculum, and the newly enhanced and renewed my mandoulides digital platform. General Director, Dr. Aspa Hasioti, welcomed the parents and the students and presented the 21st century skills and their leading role in education. High School’s Principal, Mrs. Ourania Dantsi, explained all the innovative activities and programs the students are about to get introduced to from their first year in Junior High. Also, the Deputy Senior-High Principal, Mr. Ioannis Ntaountakis spoke about Stream activities the school offers to students of all grades.
Later, two of our graduates (Class ’24), who excelled in the National Exams that led to University Schools, addressed parents and students. Specifically, F. Pavlidou, who was accepted as the top candidate into the Medical School of Thessaloniki and I. – E. Kenanidis, who is now studying at the School of Electrical Engineer and Computer Engineering in Athens, shared memorable experiences from their daily life at the Schools and urged the new students to take advantage of all the opportunities and stimuli their new school offers them, aiming to gain knowledge and forge a strong and integrate personality. The students were then given a tour of the school facilities, ending in their respective classrooms for the year, where they met their advising teacher and classmates.
