On the occasion of World Food Day on October 16th, the Blossoms participated in a series of activities aimed at promoting the importance of healthy eating in a hands-on and fun way!
In class, the children learned about the main food groups and their nutritional value, created their own healthy plate, and discussed good daily habits that support our health.
Our students also had the opportunity to attend an interactive presentation by dietitian-nutritionist Ms. A. Kokkali, who spoke to them about how nutrition affects both our physical and mental health, offering practical tips and happily answering the children’s questions.
Through all these activities, the children not only had fun but also gained valuable knowledge that they will keep throughout their lives. Because healthy eating starts at an early age— and is best learned with a smile!
