A. Kaimakis, a 12th grade student, received significant recognition in the New York Academy of Sciences Junior Academy program. Accepted into the program in February 2024, he joined a global team of 4 members to develop a project centered on earthquake prediction devices. After extensive preparation during the previous academic year, his team ranked among the top 10 out of 167 teams worldwide, earning the prestigious Project of Distinction honor. Additionally, A. Kaimakis was also honored as a member of the New York Academy of Sciences.
