As part of their exploration of the thematic unit “Active and Responsible Citizen,” the Kindergarten students visited the facilities of the Thessaloniki Urban Transport Organization (O.A.S.TH.).Theprogram coordinators, treating the children as future passengers, educated them on how to use public transportation and emphasized the importance of respecting fellow passengers while on the bus. The children had the opportunity to board the buses and explore their features – walking through the interiors, pressing the stop buttons, and even sitting in the driver’s seat. Finally, our young students drew pictures, sang songs, and danced, bidding farewell to the staff with the best impressions.
