Students of E. Mandoulides Schools achieved 1st Place in both Junior High Schools and High Schools categories during the preliminary round of the 4th National Competition “Alan Turing”, held on Wednesday, April 2, and have qualified for the final round.
More specifically, D. Giandikidou, M. Papagianni, and A. Tzimka students of 8th grade, competed among 2.274 students (758 teams) in the Junior High School category and won 1st Place.
Likewise, S. Barberis, M. Chatzopoulou, and F. Chrisidou, students of 10th grade, competed among 1800 students (600 teams) in the High School category and also achieved 1st place, advancing to the final phase.
The students tackled original puzzles in mathematical and computational logic.
