Off we go… for summer revision in the schoolyard!

Listen to this article

Summer may be just around the corner, but the third-grade students are still enthusiastically revising their spelling and mathematics! Instead of pencils and notebooks, they grabbed buckets and shovels and headed out to the schoolyard, where learning turned into a game! Through fun activities, the children practiced noun endings, verbs in both active and passive voice, as well as syllable-counting with equal and unequal-syllable nouns.

The yard also transformed into a “number beach”, with mathematics games that included practicing multiplication tables and the four basic operations through entertaining challenges and team games. With a bit of sand, lots of shells, sandcastles, and tons of enthusiasm, the children took a refreshing “dive” into the knowledge they gained throughout the year, revising a splash of color, joy, and a touch of summer magic!
