Honorary Distinction in the Student Competition for Creating a Historical Narrative and Poster on the theme: “Asia Minor – Pontus: Remembrances”

Student M. Andra (11th Grade) received an honorary distinction in the Student Competition for Creating a Historical Narrative and Poster on the theme: “Asia Minor – Pontus: Remembrances”, coorganized by the General Secretariat for Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, the Special Committee on Cultural Identity of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, and the Chair of Pontic Studies of the Department of History and Archaeology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. 

As part of the competition, the student will participate in an educational trip to the regional unit of Magnesia, visiting sites connected to the Greek history and culture of Asia Minor and Pontus, and her work will be published in a widely circulated print edition.
