Learning about Fall

With the arrival of autumn, our young students had the opportunity to explore the unique characteristics of this enchanting season!
We talked about and discovered autumn fruits such as apples, pomegranates, and grapes, while also learning about the nuts that nature generously offers us. The children had the chance to taste some seasonal fruits and, at the same time, share their thoughts and impressions about them.

In addition, we discussed the type of clothing we should wear when the weather gets cooler and the importance of protecting ourselves from the rain by wearing waterproof jackets and carrying umbrellas.

Our exploration of autumn culminated in a lovely excursion to the Thermi Dam, where the children walked through the forest, observed the changes in nature, and gathered precious treasures such as warm-colored leaves, pine cones, and acorns — experiencing the magic of this special season with all their senses.

These valuable treasures became a wonderful starting point for further discussion in our classroom and were used to create a beautiful group project that now decorates our class.
