The highlight of our project “From Wheat to Bread” came through the kneading process, when our little bakers enthusiastically shaped their own delicious, fragrant loaves. The children loved the feeling of the dough in their hands and watched with great excitement as their creations rose and baked. The joy on their faces when they tasted their own warm bread was the greatest reward for all our effort!
