With great joy and success, the New Year’s cake cutting ceremony and belt examinations of the Tae Kwon Do Academy took place on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at the Cultural Center of the Educational Institutions.
The athletes participated with consistency and enthusiasm in the belt examinations, demonstrating the level of their training and confirming their progress under the guidance of their coaches, Ms. Pagona Papadopoulou and Ms. Maria Kousa. The examinations were evaluated by the national coach, Mr. Christos Efthymiou, who awarded the belts to the athletes. A particularly moving moment during the awards was his reference to the late great Olympian and unforgettable Academy coach, Alexandros Nikolaidis.
Parents and friends of the Academy attended the event with great attention and satisfaction. Their warm applause encouraged the athletes in their efforts and reaffirmed the value of sports, discipline, and continuous development.
