In the first days of September, with the beginning of the new school year, the parents and guardians of the Primary School students had the opportunity to be informed at the Cultural Center of the Schools about the Curriculum of each class and the Rules of School Life. During these meetings, the head teacher of each grade of the Primary School referred to the way the lessons are organized in detail as well as to the educational programs of the grade.
Some of the points highlighted in the meetings were the innovative programs of each class, the teaching methods, and the way of integrating modern technology in the Primary School, with an emphasis on the use of interactive boards in the larger classes. Special mention was made of the new digital platform of the Schools, which has come to change education and the way parents and teachers communicate.
At the meeting Mrs. A. Hasioti, General Director of the Schools, emphasized that the goal of a large educational organization, such as the Mantoulidis Schools, is none other than to make education more accessible and interactive. She stressed that the communication between the staff and the parents be as open and easy as possible.
The meetings were prefaced by the Principal of the Primary School, Mr. G. Hatzopoulos, who sincerely wished that this school year would go smoothly and that there would be cordial cooperation with the students’ parents throughout the school year, since, as was emphasized characteristically, harmonious cooperation is the basis for “building” a creative and constructive year.
