On Tuesday 24th September 2024, eleven 10th-grade students participated in the International Film Festival for Children and Young People organized by Eduact, with the support of the Programs Department and Center for Lifelong Learning Department of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
The festival was the culmination of a collective effort, where young people from seven European countries, specifically from Italy, Ireland, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, and of course Greece, created 49 short films. The festival not only promoted the creativity of young people and the power of cinema as a medium of expression and interaction but also highlighted European values such as collaboration, cultural exchange, and solidarity between countries.
