Main responsibilities:
- Document registration
- Other accounting entries
- Tax agreement and payment (withholding taxes, VAT, etc)
- Accounting entries, monitoring of payroll files
- Agreement of clients/suppliers, cards, banks and the balance
- Communication with suppliers for balance agreement
- Preparation and monitoring of contracts
- Archiving of invoices and accounting documents
Candidate’s profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Finance from a higher education institution
- At least 3 years of work experience in an accounting office
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet) with an emphasis on Excel
- Team spirit
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
Additional qualifications (will be considered an advantage)
- Knowledge of SoftOne accounting software
- Master’s degree in Economics / Accounting
- Knowledge on payroll
