Mandoulides Schools, one of the best private schools in Greece, is seeking a full-time business development director, who can run interesting social initiatives remotely. Very limited (once a month for 1-2 days), paid, travel to Thessaloniki will be required.

Job Requirements
- Be the liaison between c-level executives and finance/marketing.
- Execute from A to Z domestic and international projects in arts, sustainability, STEM, and technology.
- Design and deliver pitches (presentations) to schools, parents, foundations, and teachers.
- Perform research and analysis on various education topics.
- Evaluate the quality of the various education programs and propose ways to improve them.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an AEI or a top 20 US or UK university.
- A Master’s degree is a plus but not a prerequisite.
- Prior education experience is a plus but not a prerequisite.
Skills
- Work experience in consulting, finance, or marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Attention to detail and discipline.
