Two of our alumni participated in the Greece U18 Men’s National Basketball Team. Specifically, I. Asimakopoulos and A. Sekertzis (Class of ’25) – who were members of our school’s high‑school basketball team that secured 2nd place in the 2024–25 National Championship—were selected to represent Greece at the 2025 FIBA U18 EuroBasket, held in Belgrade, Serbia, from July 26 to August 3, 2025. This tournament is a major opportunity for young athletes to shine on European courts and gain invaluable international experience.
Their selection for the national team is a testament to their dedication, talent, and hard work in the sport. We warmly congratulate them and wish them every success wearing the colors of Greece!
