With great joy and emotion, the students of Grade 3 at our school completed a particularly meaningful volunteer project. They recorded their favorite Christmas stories, offering their voices, their time, and their hearts to the children hospitalized in the pediatric oncology units of Thessaloniki.
Through this experience, our students learned that giving does not require big words or complicated actions. All it takes is a story read with love and a smile that travels through sound.
The recordings were delivered to the “Lampsi” Association, an organization of parents of children with neoplastic diseases, which will share them with the children who are fighting their own battles during these festive days.
A small Christmas gift from our children,
