The 8th SMART EDUCATION Conference with the theme of Generative AI Reshaping Education, will be held online on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
The event is aimed at primary and secondary education teachers from Greece and the Greek diaspora. It is part of the broader initiatives of the School as a Microsoft Showcase School for the 9th consecutive year.
During the conference, participants hear from university professors, representatives from Microsoft, and other innovative companies and organizations, as well as researchers and educators.
The conference has the following goals:
- Provide access to tools that offer personalized learning experiences tailored to the needs of every student.
- Present successful examples of educational programs effectively implemented in schools.
- Foster networking and promote collaboration among educators, educational technology companies (EdTech), academic institutions, and experts in the domain of Generative Artificial Intelligence.
- Address issues related to the ethics of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on education and society.
- Create new professional opportunities by enhancing knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
