Part 2 – Experiential Activity: Healthy Snack Picnic
The students prepared a healthy snack at home and brought it to school. During a small picnic in the schoolyard, they:
- Presented the snack they had prepared
- Talked about its ingredients and nutritional value
- Finally, they enjoyed it all together
Games and Group Activities
The students were divided into teams and took part in three interactive games:

- A knowledge quiz with questions and answers about diabetes and nutrition
Through discussion, games, and hands-on experience, the students learned that balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle not only keep us strong and full of energy but also serve as a key ally in the prevention of Diabetes.
