The kindergarten students participated in the educational program “Travel Safely,” held in the specially designed facilities of Mikroi Iroes, an educational, sports, and recreational program organization. As part of the program, the children learned how to recognize road hazards and how to avoid them. They became familiar with the Highway Code, different types of road signs and their categories, as well as the safety messages conveyed through them. They also developed awareness of road safety issues, with the goal of learning how to move safely as pedestrians, passengers, and bicycle riders. The students even took part in practical training by driving small electric cars and motorcycles. At the end of the program, they received commemorative driving diplomas.
