Meeting of 1st and 2nd Grade Students with the LYRAVLOS Group

The 1st and 2nd Grade students had the opportunity to attend the highly engaging program “The Instruments of Apollo” presented by the musical group “Lyravlos,” a musical journey into antiquity filled with sounds, rhythms, and creative expression.

During the presentation, the children became acquainted with ancient musical instruments and discovered how music accompanied everyday life and theater in ancient Greece. Through an experiential and interactive approach, rhythms and melodies from ancient theatrical performances were brought back to life, capturing the interest and imagination of the young students.

A particularly memorable moment was the improvised songs about protecting nature, which were presented using well-known Greek and international melodies. Through music, the children became more aware of the importance of the natural environment and enthusiastically took part in a unique educational experience.
