The student Zoe–Panagiota Rigou (4th Grade of Primary School), on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Asia Minor Catastrophe, starred in the film “The Halkidiki of the Refugees.” On Saturday, May 2, 2026, the film had its official premiere, and she was honored with awards by the Mayor of Nea Propontida, Mr. Manolis Karras, and by the Holy Metropolis of Kassandreia.
