The Spelling Bee competition in the English language has been organized in recent years by the English Department of the Elementary School. It is an activity that aims both to familiarize students with the English language in a spirit of healthy competition and to engage them in an educational and enjoyable experience.
For the first time this year, the competition, which is held in three phases, also included first-year Middle School students (7th grade). These students met their younger classmates from the sixth grade of Elementary School in the final round, which determined the winners at each level of English instruction. The meeting of the two educational levels took place on the stage of the theater at the Middle School–High School Cultural Center, within the framework of students’ transition from Elementary School to Middle School.
