As part of World Poetry Day, students of E. Mandoulides Schools had the joy of reading their favorite poems at the event “Come and Read your Favorite Poem”, which took place on Friday, March 21 at Konstantinidis Bookstore.
In a heartfelt presentation, Junior and Senior High School students D. Aidinidis, Ch. Vasileiou, G. Giannopoulos, P. Thanou, S. Kouvelas, V. Papadopoulou, along with teachers I. Nakou and I. Riggas, read their favorite poems by: Odysseas Elytis, C. P. Cavafy, Thanasis Papakonstantinou, Giannis Ritsos, Miltos Sahtouris, Dionysios Solomos, Brikena Gishto, as well as their own original works. The event was coordinated by author Theda Kaidoglou.
