Students of the 11th grade I. Vounotrypidou, K. Dervisopoulos, S. Mpampanatsi and M. Sotiroglou participated in the educational program of the Ministry of Education and visited the Jewish Museum in the Auschwitz - Birkenau State Museum. The Museum includes the land which housed buildings for the mass extermination of Jews and more than 150 other buildings for various purposes, such as barracks for the prisoners, camp administration buildings, SS guardhouses, watchtowers, over 10 km. of fences, and the railway ramp at Birkenau.
