Students of 3rd Grade, in collaboration with international schools through the European Union eTwinning program, made Christmas cards and sent them to their peers in schools in Finland, Norway, Italy, Poland, Spain, Turkey and England. After a few days, they received their own letters with their peers’ greetings.
The culmination of the program was the Christmas Skype teleconferences with Ecole Marcel Pagnol in France and Vallhovskolan Sandvike in Sweden, during which students had the opportunity to sing their countries’ carols. We shared season’s greetings, exchanged melodies and so Christmas arrived at our school!
