The Earth is celebrating! – International Earth Day
Every year, on April 22, for the past 50 years, several events are held around the world to celebrate the International Earth Day. Planet Earth is our home, and what can we do to protect it?
First grade students reflected upon on this question and discussed ways to save the planet from their digital classrooms.Thus, they decided to recycle, conserve water, save energy by turning off switches, use their bikes more often and plant flowers and trees.
They immediately took action by doing the latter while having fun.. Students became the cutest little gardeners and made pots with plants that can water themselves!
