Let's celebrate our grandparents… today, tomorrow and every day!
On the occasion of the International Day of Older Persons, we honored our grandfathers and grandmothers who have devoted the largest part of their everyday lives to us without expecting anything in return. Our first graders showed their love to their grandparents in various ways!
Our young students talked about their walks with their grandmas, the games they play with their grandpas and above all the love and affection they receive from both of them! They united their voices in their own special way in order to thank the two of the most important people in our lives!
Having the book "Raising my Grandmother" by V. Iliopoulos as the starting point, we discussed the cycle of life and expressed our gratitude to these beloved people!
Happy Older Persons Day, grandma and grandpa! We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the unconditional love you give us day after day!
