Outstanding Success - Student Admitted to Harvard University

We warmly congratulate Mandoulides Schools’ 12th grade student P. - I. Sytilidis, who was admitted to Harvard University (Early Action) to study mathematics, with a full scholarship of $69,000 for each of the four years of study. He participated in the Schools' Studies Abroad program that prepares high school students for admission to universities in the U.S. and Europe without their following the International Baccalaureate (IB).

It is worth noting that this student had competed in the Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad in 2013, where he received an honorable mention; in the National Mathematics Olympiad of the Hellenic Mathematical Society, “Archimedes,” where he won the gold medal in 2013 and the silver medal in 2015; and in the National Physics Competition, where he won 3rd place in 2014 and 6th place in 2015.
