As part of the celebration of the “Internet Safety International Day,” students of the 10th grade that have undertaken the project “F1 in Schools” attended the 5th Conference on Internet Safety at the Vellidio Convention Centre. The Conference was organized by the Department of Electronic Crime and the National Olympic Academy of Greece (ETHN.O.A). There, the students had the opportunity to attend presentations by Olympic athletes and senior executives of the Greek Police on the safe use of the Internet, while at the same time, they were informed on the potential risks from its unsafe use and what protective measures can be taken.
