Thanksgiving is a very special day during which we are reminded of the importance of being thankful and valuing friendship. The students of the English Garden reenacted this major historical event. The Seeds dressed up as turkeys greeted the Pilgrims (the Blossoms) who arrived to the New Land on the Mayflower. Both turkeys and Pilgrims sang songs to honor their newly formed friendship. On the other hand, the Indians offered the Pilgrims a friendship treaty and danced a traditional Indian dance!
