The 16th Chess Team Championship for students of the prefectures of Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki took place on Saturday, November 26, 2016 held at Anatolia College Thessaloniki. The junior high school team that represented our Schools won 2nd place and a silver medal, thus qualifying for the 15th National School Chess Team Championship to be held from 8 to 10 April, 2017. Our team consists of students of A. Batzoli, P. Tzartzi (7th Grade) , I. Dimoulios, A. Davideanu, M.Triantafyllidi (8th Grade) and Th.-A. Billas (9th Grade).
