The Carnival period continues. The Day Care Center, Kindergarten and Elementary School were filled with masks, garlands and clowns. On the Friday before Kathara Deftera, near the completion of the Carnival period, a unique carnival spree took place. From early in the morning little masked rascals filled the school grounds with colors, cheerfulness and liveliness. In the courtyard, the centerpiece of the celebration, the great carnival parade amused the audience. We danced around the maypole, had fun with our friends, threw streamers and guessed who was behind the masks. The fiesta continued until early afternoon in the classrooms!
