As part of the thematic unit "Water", Kindergarten students attended the educational program "A River, a Wheel, a Story" at the Folklore and Ethnological Museum of Macedonia - Thrace. The children toured the permanent exhibition of Water Power and with the help of the museum educators they learned about watermills, fulling mills, waterjets and all kinds of machines that can move with the power of water. They also listened to stories and observed simple inventions and applications, which helped people in their daily lives with the use of water. In the end, they watched the shadow theater show "Karagiozis and the Haunted Watermill " by shadow puppeteer, Christos Stanisis.
